Year 8 News – 13 February 2025

Allow us to introduce you to the Year 8 Year Level Learning Team for 2025. Mrs Kim Greenwell and Mr Josh Hann are the Year Level Coordinators (YLCs) taking care of all things pastoral and wellbeing. Mrs Marinè Snyman joins the team as the Year Level Learning Leader (YLLL), working with teachers to adjust their curriculum to suit the needs of our students. Mrs Jenni McGrath is the Learning Diversity Leader (LDL), assisting students with special needs who require additional support and intervention. We are excited and energised to be working with a great group of young people.

The first week has been action packed, in what will be a very busy term. The students have been enjoying some fun in elective classes (as pictured below) and have made positive starts on their academic journey in 2025. We encourage them all to keep up the great work! Given our team approach to learning, please don’t hesitate to contact any of your child’s teachers to raise concerns. They will be working collaboratively to ensure your child’s needs are seen to and that they enjoy an enriched curriculum.
