Year 7 Encounter Day focuses on sustainable relationships

Our Year 7 students recently participated in their second Encounter Day for the year.  The theme of the day was maintaining sustainable relationships with people and our environment.  During the day students undertook sessions focussing on Adolescent Health, Online Safety, Initiative Activities/Problem Solving and Sustainable Living/Caring for the Environment.  Overall, a successful and enjoyable day was had by all staff and students, as the examples of feedback below show.

“I really enjoyed the initiative games and re-GEN activities. They were fun and challenged us to work together as a team.”

A big thank you goes to all students for their wonderful participation on the day and to all staff for their assistance in making the day a very informative and enjoyable day for our Year 7 students.
