Year 7 Camp 2022

KYNETON

Year 7s had the privilege of attending PGL Campaspe Downs Camp in Kyneton from 7 – 9 March. Students had the opportunity to try a range of activities, pushing themselves out of their comfort zones in a safe and fun environment. Students were grouped with a students from across the year level allowing them to form new bonds. Students also bonded over shared meals and accommodation.

This year we are celebrating community and camp helped many students form new connections and develop an increased sense of belonging in the Year 7 community.

Day activities included abseiling, flying fox, laser tag, canoeing, rock climbing, initiatives, orienteering, archery, raft building and leap of faith. Students also participated in night-time activities which included sports, disco, and a movie each night. These activities were fantastic, providing challenges to the students and allowing them to experience success.
