VCE Environmental Science Visit to Kyabram Fauna Park

Our Unit 1 Environmental Science students recently visited Kyabram Fauna Park to explore biodiversity in wetland and grassland environments. Using transects, species counts, and soil sampling, they compared species and ecosystem diversity firsthand. A highlight was feeding free-roaming kangaroos and observing native wildlife up close. The hands-on experience deepened students’ understanding of ecosystems and conservation. With perfect weather on our side, it was a great day spent learning and exploring.
