Up and moving – looking after yourselves
27/04/2020We know everyone’s missing their school sport, so the PE Team has been putting together some suggested physical activities for our students to complete each week. We have decided to share them with you all as well! With all this online work we really need to take the time to look after ourselves. It’s recommended that we’re up and moving for at least 30 minutes each day.
This week: MONDAY: HITT workout @home no equipment. TUESDAY: Walk, ride or run. WEDNESDAY Plyometrics workout. THURSDAY Yogalates. FRIDAY Basketball/netball workout at home.
