SCHOOL SPORT VICTORIA – SANDHURST DIVISION

Swimming & Diving

On Friday 28 February, the CMCB Swimming Team competed in the Sandhurst Division Swimming Championships at the Faith Leech Aquatic Centre. The competition took place under perfect conditions, and the students embraced the opportunity to represent the College.

All team members displayed great sportsmanship and were proud ambassadors for the College. The event concluded with impressive individual and team performances, culminating in CMCB securing first place overall in the 13-16 Year age group, first in the 13-16 Year Female category, second in the 13-16 Year Male category as well as second in the 17-20 Year age group. Adding to the day’s success, four students were named Individual Age Group Champions. These outstanding results highlight the team’s depth, dedication, and incredible achievements.

As a result of their performances, twenty-one students have now qualified for the Loddon Mallee Regional Final, set to take place in Swan Hill on Tuesday 11 March. We congratulate all competitors and wish them the best of luck in the next stage of competition.
