STEMpowered

To celebrate International Women’s Day, several of our Year 10 students attended a Girls in STEM Program at the Bendigo Tech School.

Students viewed the STEMpowered exhibition which highlights women’s outstanding contributions to STEM in Australia, featuring thirteen women (including four locals) and their STEM career achievements.

They also enjoyed a forum presentation from two local STEM heroes then engaged in a series of workshops involving Spheros and Fable robots, coding them to solve a series of challenges.
