School Photos 2024

SCHOOL PHOTO DAY: WEDNESDAY 31 JANUARY 2024

Coolock and St Mary’s campuses

Official 2024 school photos for all students will be taken on Wednesday 31 January 2024. Please note:

• Full summer academic uniform is to be worn for photos. (If a student has a PE or other class that requires PE uniform on Wednesday, they will need to wear their academic uniform to school and change after having their photo taken.)
• Students must meet College Dress Code and Expectations.
• Haircuts: hair at shoulder length or longer needs to be tied up.
• Facial Hair: students should be clean shaven at all times.
• Earrings: please make sure earrings, especially new piercings, meet grooming guidelines. Maximum of two small, plain silver or gold earrings in each ear – click link above for details. (Pearl, diamante, coloured, novelty earrings do not meet guidelines. Facial and/or tongue piercing is not allowed at school.)
• Makeup and Nail Polish: makeup is not worn at Coolock. Students at St Mary’s may wear minimal makeup. Nail Polish is not to be worn.

CATCH UP SESSIONS THURSDAY 8 FEBRUARY 2024

• St Mary’s: 8.15am – 9.45am
• Coolock: 11.00am – 12.30pm

Please note 31 January and 8 February are the only sessions for school photos in 2024.

ONLINE ORDERING WITH MSP BY SUNDAY 18 FEBRUARY

• Order via the MSP Portal. You should receive details and instructions via email from MSP Photography by Tuesday 30 January 2024. If you have not received details or are having difficulty, please contact MSP directly.
• Order your School Photos before midnight Sunday 18 February. Late orders can be accepted after 18 February by contacting 03 5482 3190. All late orders incur an extra $20 archive retrieval fee.
