New gates in Wright Street

The Wright Street entry from Barkly Street has had a face lift with the new gates installed last Saturday, 14 May.

The gates will be open each school morning prior to the start of Period 1 and closed shortly afterward the period begins. The gates will stay closed until the end of the school day, reopening prior to the end of Period 7.

Entry to or exit from the school grounds during the day occurs via the General Office.

At the top end of Wright Street, the gate is in production and is planned for installation at the end of this month. Electronic mechanisms will be added so that both gates can be operated by remote control or overridden for manual operation.
