Canteen Ordering System at Coolock Campus

The Coolock Canteen partners with Flexischools, an online ordering system, to make school lunches easier and cashless.

We recommend that you read the information below to familiarise yourself with how Flexischools works and consider downloading the App.

We have put together some Flexischools FAQs to help you get to know Flexischools.

Flexischools allows you to easily place your canteen orders online at any time. This provides families with a more convenient and efficient process of placing canteen orders.

Please note that Flexischools orders will have a priority pick up period of approximately ten minutes at the beginning of the break and then students can purchase from the canteen as usual. Note that students will still be able to buy from the canteen using cash.

Orders placed through Flexischools will be distributed during the first ten minutes of the lunch break and the canteen will be available for walk up purchases after that process has been completed

Get started

1. Download the Flexischools App
Note: for iPhone and iPad please select ‘Allow’ notifications

2. Add Catherine McAuley College and Year Level
Click on the search icon, enter Catherine McAuley College, select Catherine McAuley College and Year Level.

3. Login/Register
Click the ‘Order now’ button located in the bottom right-hand corner of the app; this will open a login screen.

• Already a Flexischools user? Enter your details and login. To save your login details select ‘remember me’.
• New Flexischools user? Click ‘Register’, enter your email address and follow the instructions in the email to set up your account.

Once your account is set up, add a new student; search for our school, enter student details and select their year level.
