Year 10 Class Masses Shared With Mercy Residents

This term, each of our Year 10 classes are preparing and taking part in a class Mass. These are taking place in the Mercy Chapel with Fr DJ.

Two of our iGEN classes have prepared masses as part of their iGEN experience. Mr Hogan’s class led a Mass for the residents at Mercy Health Bethlehem Home for the Aged. Mrs Tasca’s class invited residents from Mercy Place Golden Rise to join them.

“On Wednesday 25 October our Year 10 iGEN class celebrated Mass in the Mercy Chapel with Father DJ. The class was joined by their iGEN residents from Golden Rise Independent Living Units. The residents and students enjoyed spending time together exploring the Chapel before Mass, celebrating the Eucharist together and then enjoying morning tea in the St Mary’s Courtyard.” (Mrs Jessica Tasca)
