Healthy Relationships Focus for Year 7 Encounter Day

Last week, Year 7 students participated in an Encounter Day where the focus was on ‘Healthy Relationships’. The day encouraged students to focus on how to build and maintain healthy relationships. The College was fortunate to partner with external services, headspace and Reach. Throughout the day students learnt about mental health, consent and being resilient.

The day also focused on students understanding their rights and responsibilities whilst being online. We encourage families to access the parent information on the e-safety commissioner website, which provides advice for parents and carers to help keep young people safe online.
