Coolock News
Thank you to our students, families and staff for their efforts throughout 2018. Our partnership is critical to ensure every student is provided with an opportunity for growth.
I would like to thank our staff who have worked tirelessly to ensure quality programs have been provided for our students this year. Our students have engaged with positivity and we look forward to this continuing next year. Thank you to our parents and families for your work with us this year. Your attendance at various College activities, engagement in opportunities to provide feedback and your broad support for the College is appreciated.
It is with excitement that we approach 2019. The opening of the Sister Aloysius Martyn Arts Centre will enhance learning opportunities for our students in The Arts (Music, Drama, Art, Visual Communication and Media) and STEAM curriculum areas. The general-purpose learning classrooms and break out spaces provide a wonderful platform for our Veritas classes and we continue to seek deeper learning opportunities for our students. With further student involvement, we are seeking to expand the House Cup Competition and lunchtime activities. Further, the commencement of our Cricket Victoria Regional Cricket Hub project and steps to further enhance our physical resources in line with our Master Plan will all take place next year.
May all in our community enjoy a peace-filled and renewing Christmas.
