Alpaca Colourbration Show Provides Industry Experience

CMC students attended the Alpaca Colourbration set up day to support the Victorian Central Region. Students enjoyed the day, especially being able to lead some alpacas and getting to cuddle them. Students are excited to attend the show, on the long weekend and be involved in the Junior Handling competition.

“The Alpaca setting up experience was awesome. We got to lead alpacas and set up the pens for the weekend event. I am very grateful for the wonderful experience to see how the alpaca industry works. Big thank you to CMC and the Alpaca Association for the experience.”

“Today we helped the Alpaca Association with setting up for the Alpaca Colourbration show. We were involved in placing down flooring, setting up tables and chairs and putting out straw. It was also great getting pizza.”
