Melbourne Royal Show

Congratulations to all students who attended the Melbourne Royal Show. Students completed multiple tasks and worked with many breeders over six days. Special mention to Phil Hogan from Wattledene Murray Greys who has worked in partnership with CMCB  and the Trade Training Centre to offer this opportunity and, of course, the parents and carers for their support.

You can educate people, they can gain experience, but you can’t instil a work ethic and these students have heaps! They are a credit to their families, the school and their community.

Students were able to experience shearing with the support of Alan Harris and Peter English at the Trade Training Centre. This was a great opportunity to find future shearers, wool classers and roustabouts.
