Immunisations

The Year 7 Immunisations have been rescheduled to take place on Thursday 6 June, 2024.

If you had previously completed the consent for your child prior to the original date, this will automatically roll over to the rescheduled date. If you have not yet completed the consent, or wish to review your responses, we kindly ask that you do so by following the link provided on the flyer.

Please note that students are welcome to wear their sports uniform on this day for increased ease and comfort.
