Livestock Industry Event

VET Agriculture students have been able to gain valuable experience in how to ‘Plan to Exhibit Livestock’ with a whole day industry event at the Trade Training Centre.

Students were able to learn from Ken Lorains from Whitby Farm and Phil Hogan from Wattledene Farm, who have a wealth of knowledge and a passion for educating our future farmers.

Students undertook a practical task where they selected a potential exhibit, prepared for show and displayed their exhibit to its best advantage.
