2022 Ad Hoc Bus Travel for Headstart (CMC Year 9 students)
24/10/2022ADHOC TRAVEL FOR THE HEADSTART PROGRAM (Year 9 2022)
Families with students requiring temporary travel on an SBP service (this is NOT A PUBLIC SERVICE) for the purpose of the CMC Headstart Program are required to submit a paper-based Ad Hoc Travel application form via their CURRENT attending school.
Applications will still be assessed in accordance with the Department’s eligibility criteria as detailed in the policy (and listed in this document). If approved for travel, the student will be emailed a bus pass for use on the day/s of travel only. This is a temporary travel approval.
Families will need to apply via SBMS for a permanent seat on a service, and this service MAY be different to the one that they are assigned during adhoc travel.
Please contact the CMC Bus Coordinator Mrs Bekk Tyrrell with any questions on (03) 5445 9100 or btyrrell@cmc.vic.edu.au
